PMI is here to support your health journey, offering guidance, expert care, and a patient-first approach at every step.

PERIPHERAL MOBILE IMAGING, LLC offers comprehensive non-invasive vascular diagnostic testing directly at patient bedsides, clinical facilities, and correctional institutions. Our services include:

  • Carotid Duplex: Assesses stroke risk and carotid artery plaque.

  • Venous Duplex: Detects deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and blood clots.

  • Arterial Duplex & Physiologic Studies (ABI/TBI): Evaluates Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) and limb circulation.

  • Specialized Vascular Scans: Includes Aortic Duplex, Renal Artery Duplex, Mesenteric Duplex, Bypass Graft Surveillance, Hemodialysis Access Evaluation, and Venous Insufficiency Studies.

Our mobile ultrasound service brings advanced diagnostic equipment directly to your facility, practice, or home health setting. A board-certified ARDMS technologist arrives on-site, conducts the ordered vascular scan at the patient’s bedside, and securely transfers images for rapid interpretation and reporting. This eliminates patient transportation logistics while providing immediate diagnostic answers.

  • Maryland: Gaithersburg, Rockville, Germantown, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Frederick, Potomac, Columbia, Ellicott City, Hyattsville, College Park, and Greenbelt.

Yes. Peripheral Mobile Imaging specializes in serving non-traditional healthcare environments, including correctional facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and homebound environments. Our mobile setup allows us to navigate security protocols and space constraints while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and patient safety.

Healthcare providers can easily request or schedule a bedside scan by submitting a referral/requisition form through our secure online portal, emailing orders directly, or calling our dispatch line. We coordinate with facility administrators or care managers to schedule convenient appointment windows.

  • Toe-Brachial Index (TBI): Measures toe pressure specifically for patients with non-compressible or calcified leg arteries, which is especially common in diabetic patients or individuals with severe renal disease.
